ServiceNow Consultant (On-Prem/Self Hosted experience required)
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 3 + months (2-3 days per week)

Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a ServiceNow Consultant with strong technical expertise to support a self-hosted (non-SaaS) environment. The successful candidate will lead configuration, integration and troubleshooting efforts across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy ServiceNow solutions across core modules.

• Manage MID server setup, API integrations and secure data exchange.

• Support patching, upgrades and performance tuning in self-hosted environments.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical advisory.

• Ensure platform security and integration best practices.

Skillset

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow platform expertise.

• Experience with self-hosted environments (non-SaaS).

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow integrations and security.

• Proven track record in ServiceNow implementations.

• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.
