Our client, a growing IT Services and Consulting firm, are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Implementation Specialist to join the team remotely on a 3-6 month contract. The successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide migrations to ServiceNow SPM, collaborating with multiple business units and departments to navigate varying and occasionally conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

Drive full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow SPM for government and commercial clients.
Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, identify gaps and design effective solutions.
Oversee migration from legacy platforms, including PlanView and Jira, to ServiceNow SPM.
Ensure seamless integration of processes, data and reporting across departments.
Advise on best practices to align ServiceNow SPM with enterprise strategy.
Act as a trusted consultant, delivering exceptional client engagement and communication.

Skillset

Demonstrated expertise in implementing ServiceNow SPM within large, complex organizations.
Deep knowledge of portfolio, program and project management processes.
Hands-on experience migrating from PlanView, Jira or comparable platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication abilities.
Proven ability to balance competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
