Tom is an Advisory Director of Alldus International Consulting Limited. For the past ten years, Tom has been a Director at the Dublin headquartered private investment firm Broadlake where he focuses on growth strategies for dynamic entrepreneur-led companies.
Tom has also worked for the London headquartered boutique investment bank and private equity firm M3 Capital Partners specialising in strategic corporate finance advice, capital raising and the management of a $2bn global real estate fund. Tom started his career in the industry as a European Management Trainee for L’Oreal and then spent 6 years working in technology staffing within Real Staffing, a division of SThree plc in London.
Tom sits on the Board of a number of companies where he focuses on working closely with business leaders and senior management teams on the development and implementation of their organic and acquisitive growth strategies.
Tom holds a Masters in Business Administration from Oxford University (Exeter College), a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Architecture from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
