Today's guest is Johnny Quach. At the time of recording, Johnny was the Chief Product Officer at Airhelp in Berlin and has since moved onto a new adventure in Dublin. Johnny is a passionate entrepreneur looking to make an impact and believes vision should be results-driven and executed strategically.

He has success building successful companies across Germany, the UK, Brazil, Singapore and Thailand to name a few. He scaled from ten to 50 people at Airhelp, who are the world’s largest organization specializing in air passenger rights. They help travellers get compensation for delayed or cancelled flights and in instances of denied boarding.

Johnny's personal highlights include winning season two of America's Best Dance Crew, being a full-time professional poker player for two years and he is also a competitive Table Tennis player currently playing for SV Friedrichstad in Berlin.
