Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst, SecOps

Type: Contract

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Remote from EU

 

Company description:

A multinational Information Technology & Services company are looking to hire a contractor for a new project. Their client is one of the most well-respected pharmaceutical companies in the World and they have been given the task to help them implement the ServiceNow SecOps module into the organization. Your role as a Business Analyst will be to utilize your communication skills and technological understanding to bridge the gap between customers and the IT team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirments accordingly and map out workshops
• Understand the company’s business processes and consult on functional requirements needed
• Design training material for business stakeholders on requirements of the customer
• Monitor all phases of the project and document the customer journey, suggesting improvements along the way

 

Requirements:

• 3-5 years‘ experience in a similar role
• Must have strong experience in requirment gathering
• Good knowlege of GRC, SecOps
• Fluency in the English language
• Must have strong knowledge of business processes and an understanding of how companies operate
• The ability to communicate with multiple different stakeholders to translate technological understanding to business teams
