As a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner for a leading global Asset Management company, you will be responsible for bridging communication between business departments and maximising the Employee Portal. You will build and create, furthering the product roadmap, building the internal team and consulting the business functions to understand their requirements within a world leading business.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders in a complex and political organisation, understanding their goals and visions to propose solutions and maximizing the Employee Portal & ServiceNow platform through effective road mapping 
  • Building effective workforce through strategic development goals
  • Creating processes to support end-to-end lifecycle structures from identification of business requirements, to long-term maintenance of the platform
  • Using expert understanding of the platform portfolio to drive the creation of sustainable and lean architecture
  • Establish and managing technical governance processes
  • Aligning all with ServiceNow best practices, while reviewing and guiding remediation of what does not already align
Experience:
  • Implementation and management experience of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM or ITBM)
  • Experience in Digital Transformation projects
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow for functional business processes, from a architecture perspective
  • Expert management & leadership experience
  • Fantastic communication in English - German is a plus
