  ServiceNow - Consultant

Permanent

This is a different type of ServiceNow partner. The fastest partner to achieve Elite status, they deliver true Digital Transformation by helping clients to leverage the power of the ServiceNow platform. This business take a prescriptive design approach, demonstrating best practices instead of passively asking the client what they want. On offer, is an environment where you can really make a difference, not implement the bad requirements captured by someone else.

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you’ll find yourself working closely with clients as part of a team to turn a company’s needs into quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform both by implementing core ServiceNow applications and creating new custom applications. You’ll deliver out-of-box product demonstrations to clients to showcase best-practice solutions to their requirements, and you’ll deliver ‘show-back’ demos of custom functionality. During workshops you’ll be key in helping convert the client’s business needs to technical requirements. When not participating in workshops, developing, or demonstrating solutions you’ll work closely with a technical-architect and other Solution Engineers in the pre-sales process by responding to the technical requirements of potential clients RFIs and RFPs. You can expect to be given the time and support needed to continue your development via ServiceNow certification classes and course work. Work is currently 100% remote, but expect it to become hybrid; mostly remote with some travel to client locations.
