We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical Consultant to join a ServiceNow Elite Partner.  Utilizing your expertise across ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB, you will advise clients to ensure they get the best value across the platform.   
 

The Role
 

  • Partner with clients to provide technical solutions that turn their challenges into Solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure ongoing improvement of services and best practice.
  • Evaluate concept and recommend the best solution.
  • Act as a mentor to technical consultants, providing training and coaching as required.
 

Education and Skills required
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology
  • 5+ years’ experience of ServiceNow architecture, design and implementation
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, Event Management, APM, CSDM and CMDB.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
  • ITIL experience would be a bonus
