  ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant


Company/Role Summary

Alldus are working with a fast-growing client who are building out their ServiceNow practice. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the ServiceNow platform expansion, managing large-scale projects and working alongside management to establish scope and milestones to ensure business needs are met.



  • Drive process definition, re-engineering and improvement through client workshops attended by key stakeholders.
  • Develop required documentation such as agenda, presentations, reports, process flow diagrams and roles/duties.
  • Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions based upon findings.
  • Managing/communicating requirements to the implementation team, ensuring the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations.




  • Experience in at least one Major ServiceNow delivery.
  • Experience of Service Management implementation/transformation programs as a business analyst – this can include other tool sets (such as BMC Remedy, HP SM etc.).
  • Experience of taking ownership for core ServiceNow module delivery with minimal management support.
  • Service Management IT industry knowledge, ITIL aware (Foundation minimum).
  • ServiceNow certification is advantageous.
