Our client is a major consultancy within Germany where you would join team from the Centre of Excellence for Data & Analytics, you are part of an international network of technological specialists. Bundle expertise on business and regulatory issues and their implementation and work with experts from our business areas to solve complex, operational, and strategic issues using modern methods and the latest technologies.

Your tasks

Do you want to support your team in the technical implementation of transformation projects on the ServiceNow platform and constantly develop your expertise? Then you can get involved here:

You manage both onshore and offshore resources and are responsible for the project phases design, build, test and implementation activities in an agile environment.

Recording requirements and translating or simplifying them for technical developers by writing user stories is also part of your area of responsibility.

You develop and check test cases including the use of the automated test framework and you create role-specific training material.

In addition, you will provide technical input for the sales process, including finding solutions, estimating, creating and presenting customer offers in the areas of ITx, SecOps, IRM, VRM, HR, CSM and Custom Apps.

You guide new colleagues and support the expansion of the ServiceNow Practice.

Supporting the development of  service offerings based on the ServiceNow platform round off your area of ??responsibility in cooperation with cross-functional teams both in Germany and worldwide.

 

Your profile

You will become a Business Analyst – ServiceNow (f/m/d) Consulting with us if you have successfully completed your studies in (business) computer science, economics, industrial engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field of study.

You also have experience in consulting / professional services and at least 2 years of business analysis experience in technology-enabled service management transformations, preferably ServiceNow, but also any other complementary technology, e.g. B.HPSM/Remedy.

Ideally, you have certifications in ServiceNow CSA, Agile Methods, ITIL, Business Analyst.

You are also experienced in leading offshore development teams and with other ServiceNow products besides ITSM, e.g. B. SecOps, ITOM, HR, CSM, IRM, VRM familiar.

You have exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives without supervision and in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.

You can communicate openly, honestly, consistently, and clearly to influence our stakeholders and align on a proposed concept.
