ServiceNow Architect (SecOps &/OR GRC/IRM)
Salary: $170-200k
Full time & fully remote

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps and GRC modules
• Configure, customize, script, and develop the ServiceNow platform and develop service catalog items incorporating automation using orchestration
• Required to have developer experience including proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, working knowledge of ServiceNow, and a good understanding of relational databases and database query language
• Configure and enhance multiple aspects of ServiceNow, such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, catalogs, orchestration and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary
• Responsible for working closely with clients, project managers, and functional/technical delivery team to clearly define scope of work and develop/implement solutions
• Design and implement solutions following established configuration management policies and standards
• Prepare and maintain technical documents including architecture diagrams, system documentation, and manuals
• Troubleshoot Service Now platform issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action, and perform resolution efforts

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 5-year experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps modules
• Minimum of 3-years of experience as a consultant
• Experience in configuration and enhancement of all aspects of ServiceNow, such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, catalogs, orchestration and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary
• Required to have developer experience including proficiency in programming JavaScript, working knowledge of ServiceNow, and a good understanding of relational databases and database query language
• Good understanding of DevOps methodology
• Able to effectively work through complex situations Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Demonstrated problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
