About the Role:

Our client is an award-winning Elite ServiceNow Partner who have developed their own digital manufacturing solution module in the ServiceNow platform. They are the exclusive implementor of this module that they have developed for their global client base. Our client offers excellent career development prospects and support their employees in developing their skills and knowledge through obtaining new ServiceNow certifications. They operate in multiple sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, finance and more.

Due to their dynamic and flexible culture they are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for new ServiceNow talent to join their team. They are looking for a ServiceNow Success Advisor with experience working in a consultancy environment (in particular, solution or pre-sales), as well as general knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure that our client’s customers’ ServiceNow needs are being met.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with multiple clients to ensure their requirements are being met
  • Utilise sales skills to deliver demonstrations and recommendations to clients on the best ServiceNow modules for them
  • Be equipped with the best technical knowledge of ServiceNow to be able to sell to the customer.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Solution or Pre-Sales Consultancy, and ServiceNow implementation
  • Dedication to building and maintaining customer relationships  
  • Fluent in English

Ability to speak Dutch is not required, however is desirable.
