ServiceNow CSM Developer – Remote (Contract)

Our client that are leading the charge in Digital Transformation are hiring a ServiceNow CSM Developer on a contract position within their team. The company deliver groundbreaking solutions through their skilled global workforce, with a commitment to pioneering technology and ensuring client success.

Responsibilities:

• As the ServiceNow CSM Developer, you will utilize deep programming knowledge to develop innovative solutions.

• You will create and execute test transactions, identifying and rectifying errors to ensure program accuracy.

• Meet customer specifications and standards through meticulous development practices.

• Identify and resolve errors in customer application programs, adhering to approval processes.

• Provide direct leadership and oversight to the support team.

Skillset: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CSM).

• Certification corresponding to Information Assurance Management Level I (IAM I) such as CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISP (Must obtain and maintain).
