ITOM Implementation Specialist

FTE – Fully Remote

Salary: $120k – 150k depending on experience

We are working with our client, a ServiceNow Premier Partner, who are looking for ServiceNow Implementation Specialists to join their dedicated ITOM team and grow their practice!

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deployment of ITOM leveraging industry best practices and standards.
• Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development of the ITOM modules
• Contribute to the technical direction, recommend, and design the solution to leverage the ServiceNow best practices and out of the box functionality
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications and documents, architecture diagrams, system documentation, and manuals
• Troubleshoot production and test issues; perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action, and perform resolution efforts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM 
• Experience in a consulting role
• Experience and comfort partnering with senior stakeholders
• Experience with SLAs, Assignment Groups/Rules, Workspaces, Reporting/Analytics
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS & Jelly

Desired Certifications

• ServiceNow CIS in relevant modules
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
