They are now looking for a Senior Technical Consultant (m/f/d) for the ServiceNow platform.

Your tasks

  • Implementation of requirements in the ServiceNow platform according to the agile development principle, including but not limited to
    • Integration concepts using interface technologies
    • Automation solutions via the Integration Hub
    • Customized application and process developments
    • Further developments of existing OOTB process solutions
    • Further development of portal solutions
    • Documentation of the developments
  • Taking on the role of lead developer as a control function for project-specific development teams
  • Creation and evaluation of technical solution concepts that are developed by you or in a team
  • Constant contact person in the team and direct advice to customers on questions of technical concepts and solution approaches
  • Development and expansion of cross-team standards and products
  • Coach and mentor for new colleagues

Your profile

  • You have a degree in (business) computer science or completed training in the field of computer science/application development or comparable professional experience
  • You have many years of experience in the field of software development
  • You have over 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform and a very good conceptual understanding
  • You have extensive experience in implementing automation processes with the Workflow Engine or the Integration Hub, implementing client and server scripts, database views and applications
  • You have experience with the integration of third-party systems at least via file import/export and REST methods, ideally also with SOAP
  • You are familiar with the agile way of working and the ServiceNow development methodology
  • You are at least certified with the CSA and the CIS ITSM, further certificates are an advantage
  • You enjoy working in a young international team
  • You have strong communication skills and like to advise customers independently and directly
  • You speak fluent German and have good knowledge of English
