Our client is focused on offering first-class software solutions for enterprises across the DACH region. These solutions are based on the standard software Clarity PPM and or the work flow and application platform ServiceNow, which is adapted depending on the need of the customer. 

Their range of services covers everything from consulting and evaluation to implementation including planning, design, installation, configuration, development, training, data migration, integrations and testing all the way to 'go-live', support and optimizations.

Requirements profile
Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable
Professional experience: at least three years in ServiceNow Consulting
 
Certifications:

  • Minimum ServiceNow certification o CSA  o CIS-ITSM
  • at least ITIL certification o ITIL v3/4 Foundation 
  • desirable:

o ITIL v3 Service Operation or ITIL v4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support
 
Skills:

  • Problem solving skills and an analytical approach.
  • Work independently and in a structured manner
  • Good rhetoric and presentation skills
  • Strong customer & service orientation, ability to work in a team
  • High willingness to learn and, if applicable, interest in the topic of project management
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good German and good English skills

Tasks:

  • Process analysis and design for IT service management
  • Design and implementation of digital solutions with focus on ServiceNow
  • Planning and moderation of meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders as well as active support of all project phases 
  • Active relationship management as contact person for our customers
  • Configuration and customizing of the ServiceNow platform
  • Training of key users
