ServiceNow Application Developer

Alldus International are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in higher education or government administration to help support our client’s current team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM integrations and implementations, as well as some exposure to ITAM.

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow infrastructure and associated environment, as well as integrate with external systems
• Coordinate with different stakeholders, gather requirements, define, build and test Service Catalog items and workflows
• Be responsible for creating and maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and architectural documentation
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues, documenting problem resolutions
•  Propose and implement enhancements to improve the performance and reliability of all systems and services to advance organizational goals in accordance with industry best practices
• Administration of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflow development, bug fixes, theme development, production control, and system upgrades

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including end-to-end implementations and 3^rd party integrations
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist or Application Developer certification
• ITAM exposure or previous experience working within higher education or the government sector (desired)

Location: 90% Remote (requires 2 weeks on-site per annum)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Pay Scale: $60-$70/hour
