ServiceNow ITOM Developer (Contract)

Alldus is looking to speak with ServiceNow Developers with service mapping experience for an end client based in the US:

Job Description:
 

• Experience with both horizontal and top-down mapping
• Lead service mapping initiatives to established service maps for critical services and applications

• Work with systems managers to ensure that the Discovery tool has the appropriate access and permissions to capture configuration information.

• Provide visibility to the performance and issues related to Discovery via the development and deployment of unified CMDB dashboards.

• Support IT Service Management & IT Operations Management Configuration Management practice

• Maintain the integrity of the Service Mapping tool across production and non-production environments

• Review the data being populated into the CMDB and act as partial owner of the CMDB

Education, Certifications And/or Experience Qualifications :

• More than 6 years of development, configuration, and integration experience in building solution on ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.
• Good to have knowledge and working experience of other ServiceNow ITOM modules like ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM.
• Working knowledge of IT Operations Management and CMDB Processes (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, Cloud Management, Orchestration)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Event Management
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery

Pay range $65-85 (C2C or W2)
