Alldus are looking ITAM expert to join our ITAM technical team. This role includes architecting and implementing ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions and helping to create solid, repeatable practices. You will be implementing ServiceNow solutions for our customers and continuously improving and scaling our delivery approaches. This individual will have deep expertise in architecting ITAM solutions at the enterprise level.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Exhibiting technical expertise for our clients on the ServiceNow ITAM suite of products including HAM and SAM
  • Developing and implementing enterprise-level ITAM service offerings
  • Working with functional counterparts to advise our clients on their overall Asset Management-related tools and processes and help develop roadmaps, approaches, and plans to improve their overall maturity across their ITAM activities
  • Understanding the competitive and complementary landscape of technical products that service our buyers in this area for rationalization and/or integration
  • Leading the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the ServiceNow platform and integrations
  • Serving as the Technical Lead for ITAM project workstreams leading other technical resources
  • Building a customer-focused relationship with clients to identify technical and business challenges and develop architectural specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution
  • Leading technical requirements gathering workshops and facilitating and participating in discussions related to implementations
  • Proactively maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the latest ServiceNow platform and product offerings

Education, Certifications, and/or Experience Qualifications

  • 5+ Years experience in Professional Services or Enterprise IT, in both an operational and managerial capacity
  • 3+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
  • Four-year degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for one or more of the ITAM products
  • ServiceNow pre-sales accreditations in multiple product lines (ITAM)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform or 8+ years of Industry experience
  • Working knowledge of IT Asset Management processes (hardware and software)
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • IAITAM Certification
  • Expert working knowledge with Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, and cloud-based license management
