ServiceNow Architect (HRSD)
Based in Belgium (Brussels) – requires occasional onsite
Role :
- you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on customer-facing solutions within the ServiceNow HR platform.
- Focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
- Transforming the HR function by digitizing back office processes and workflows, using ServiceNow as an excellent engagement platform to achieve this change.
Qualifications
- Identifies opportunities to improve the employee experience and HR processes.
- Fluent English and French (Or Dutch)
- Provides insight and advice on best practices in employee experience, hr processes and control framework
- Responsible for defining the overall functional design of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
- Leads in the development of business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for the employee experience, HR processes and technology solution.
