HRSD Technical Architect

A ServiceNow elite partner are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Architect to work on a freelance basis for a long term project. As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant you will oversee the HRSD implementation, translate HR processes and business recruitments into technical solutions within ServiceNow HRSD.

This role can be fully remote and you must have the right to work in the EU with no restrictions. Fluent Dutch speaking is advantageous and English speaking in essential.

Essential experience:

• 2 years min of experience on ServiceNow as a Technical Architect

• Experience in implementation with the HRSD module or overseen ServiceNow HRSD implementation

• Translating HR process and business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD 

• Support efficient HR operations with focus on ServiceNow HRSD

• Excellent communication skills

• Must show great initiative and have an entrepreneurial attitude

• Fluent in English is a must

• Dutch speaking is advantageous
