MLOps Engineer

Location: New York
Employment Type: FTE
Salary Banding: $140,000 – $155,000

Alldus are currently working with leading IT consultancy firm who are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of AI/ML-based solutions and experience of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), MLOps principles and data pipelines and cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and tools to support the ML development lifecycle.
• Design, refine, optimize, and scale systems for machine learning pipelines at scale.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models and data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand and help meet their needs.
• Optimize the performance of ML models in production – Ensure the security and compliance of ML systems.
• Stay up to date with the most recent ML and AI developments and incorporate them into the organization's systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to provide updates and identify areas for improvement.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Statistics, Math, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 3+ years of experience managing MLOps lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience working with Docker and containerization.
• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
