Senior Data Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Data Engineer to join an exciting Series B Insurance startup in Hartford. This role will be hybrid with a couple of days a week in office.
Our client is using technology to simplify the process for buying insurance through their cutting-edge digital platform.  
They are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to come in and own the data space.

You as the ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Working closely with internal teams including data science to deliver data needs
• Extracting and loading data from different sources
• Migrating data to snowflake
• Owning architecture for data solutions

You as the ideal candidate will require

• A passion for Data – a minimum of 2 years in a data focussed role
• Cloud experience
• Experience with Python
• Strong SQL Skills
• Snowflake experience
• Insurance experience
