Business Process Consultant

A fantastic opportunity to work for a specialist ServiceNow Partner. Our client is looking for a Business Consultant, with excellent German language skills, to play a critical role in the success of customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing business outcome ServiceNow solutions
• Understanding customer stakeholders business requirements, through conducting workshops, requirements gathering and developing business solutions, becoming a trusted advisor
• Manage and communicate process and business requirements to the delivery team as a bridge to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Lead engagement as a SME on relevant best practices, leading process design definition, re-engineering, improvement, gap analysis etc

Qualifications:

• Fluent German & English
• 2+ years of experience as a key technical resource in the development of solutions in client environment.
• ServiceNow experience and certifications.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Experience in GRC, IRM, SecOps ServiceNow modules are beneficial.
