Exciting opportunity to join a ServiceNow Elite Partner! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end completion of ServiceNow implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead of project planning & management of expectations throughout, as primary contact for customer
- Identifying opportunities to engage sales and presales colleagues
- Enable upskilling of project team an customers through coaching and knowledge transfer
- Resource, Risk, Budget and management reporting
Your skills:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- German & English C1 minimum
- 1+ years of experience leading projects in agile environments
- ServiceNow experience
- ITSM & ITIL certs
- Scrum Master, PMI or PMP certifications
- Sales experience in technical environment
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
