Position Description

To provide technical and analytics support for business leaders and team members


  • Work under the direction of the Manager to provide technical and analytical solutions for assigned business areas and projects
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-department, cross-functional teams to understand the customer’s product-specific requirements and configuration and translate them to technical design specifications and data flow from which programs are developed and coded
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to balance workloads efficiently, work under pressure, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Gather reporting and analysis requirements, translate them into data models, conduct cleaning, loading and basic analysis of data
  • Partner with business leaders to define innovative ways to develop and deliver dashboards, reports and data models using tools such as Python, SQL, Snowflake, Azure, and Power BI
  • Define, develop, and monitor key metric reports and analytic solutions across multiple departments
  • Perform technical application configuration and configure reporting solutions at user request
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, designs, user manuals, data dictionaries, policies, and procedures


Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Must have a degree preferably Masters & up in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related quantitative field


  • 2-4 years industry experience and relevant professional experience with analytic and visualization tools required – or 6+ months of relevant direct work experience with Veradigm Payer products and services, and completed Microsoft Power BI certification
  • Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
  • Proficient at writing and executing SQL statements and Python scripts
  • Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (completed Microsoft Power BI certification is preferred)


Working Arrangements

  • Monday through Friday or as defined by assignment requirements
  • This is a remote/virtual position
