ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Location: Remote

  • Work closely with clients, understand technical and process requirements, advise, develop solutions, and implement the technical solution.
  • Preparing and conducting design workshops
  • Advising the customer on the best technical and process solution.
  • Leading the customer in finding solutions for significant results for the involved business units.


  • 3+ years with ServiceNow hands-on design, development and implementation experience.
  • Any experience with CSM (customer service management) is a bonus.
  • German speaking skills
  • Experience in coming up with creative solutions to business problems.
  • Experience creating documentation at various levels, including technical and customer facing documentation.
  • Experience working across teams
