ServiceNow Technical Architect – CSM/FSM

FTE – Fully Remote

Salary Range: $160k – $190k + bonus and benefits (depending on experience)

Our growing client, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, is currently seeking an Architect to join their ServiceNow practice working alongside industry leading professionals to lead the technical vision and create solutions across the ServiceNow platform on a full-time and remote basis.

Responsibilities

• Architecting ServiceNow solutions that will provide customers the chance to expand and tailor the functionality of ServiceNow to meet their business requirements.
• Create solutions across CSM and FSM within ServiceNow.
• Writing high-quality and maintainable code within ServiceNow and JavaScript
• Develop applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements on the ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• Experience within ServiceNow implementations and/or integrations within FSM and CSM
• 3+ years’ experience coding in JavaScipt
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL
• Experience with Web Services technologies (e.g SOAP, REST)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
