About the Role:

Due to growth in the business, they are looking for new ServiceNow talent to join their team. They are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with experience on product lines inside and out of ITSM. The successful candidate will join the team in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and more to ensure the best outcome is provided to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of ServiceNow ITSM as standard, as well as other modules (e.g. HRSD, SecOps, etc)
• Consult with clients on best practice solutions for their business
• Manage development teams and collaborate on solutions for customers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM or other modules within ServiceNow
• ITIL v3 certified
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
