Alldus are seeking a senior level ITAM Service delivery lead consultant.

This candidate will work remotely out of Canada for a large Financial institution.

  • As a motivated self-starter with expert knowledge of organizational strategy, the candidate will navigate and excel in a complex and fast-paced corporate environment. Converting ambiguity into clarity via various requirement gathering and analytic practices and fostering engagement and collaboration among teams and stakeholders alike will be paramount to the candidate’s success.
  • As a servant leader, the candidate will facilitate fleet level meetings, collate/manage content and drive other enablement tasks to operationalize the leadership level of the ITAM team
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Assist the ITAM Fleet Enablement Lead in building out the Fleet Enablement Services function
  • Create and operationalize the IT Asset Mgmt. engagement model
  • Stand up and facilitate required ceremonies and forums o Create a comprehensive communication model & strategy (Jive site, progress/update emails, etc.) o Stand up a Supportive PMO-like ‘Program & Initiatives’ function (alignment, reporting, templates, best practices, etc.)
  • Evolve and maintain the IT Asset Mgmt. Jira board to a comprehensive reporting and tracking solution
  • Support Fleet Leadership with content, coordination, strategy, alignment, and execution
  • Assist with the implementation of the ITAM Fleet design (stand up relevant ceremonies, engagements, best practices, etc.)
  • Develop, analyze and present findings in response to senior management requests
  • Work with the leadership team to identify creative solutions to a wide array of opportunities and challenges
  • Coordinate and prepare comprehensive executive-level insights and analysis in advance of key meetings
  • Serve as an escalation channel for strategic, high visibility programs to ensure issues are addressed

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring issues to resolution
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situations
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • 5+ years program management experience
  • Project Management Office experience
  • Ability to manage project/programs financials
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to analyze / synthesize large amounts of information and present findings to senior audiences
  • Excellent relationship building capabilities with partners both internal and external to the organization
  • Superior PowerPoint, Excel, and general MS Office skills
  • Jira expertise (usage, board creation and upkeep, workflow creation, etc.)
  • Preferred: Chief of Staff/COO experience (Staffing, Communications, People Engagement, Financials…)
  • Preferred: Experience in an Agile-at-scale environment
  • Preferred: Technology and organizational strategy background a plus
