Responsibilities:

• Own technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integration

• Understand business needs, create appropriate ServiceNow solutions, responsible for the digital transformation

• Offer expertise on ServiceNow development

• Develop technical solutions and provide technical expertise for any ServiceNow development and technical issues

• Drive digital transformation, automation, and integration

• Build service catalog, workflows, and fulfilment automation

• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud service providers and applications

Requirements:

• Experience in software development or equivalent

• Experience in ServiceNow development, design, or implementation

• Preferably two valid ServiceNow core certifications

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform – ITSM, HRSD, CSM

• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Willingness to travel within Germany
