About the Role:

Our client is an award-winning Elite ServiceNow Partner who have developed their own digital manufacturing solution module in the ServiceNow platform. They are the exclusive implementer of this module that they have developed for their global client base.

Due to their dynamic and flexible culture they are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for new ServiceNow talent to join their team.

They are looking for a Customer Experience Thought Leader who is passionate about all things ServiceNow and digital transformation to share their thoughts through webinars and blogs, and to ensure that the best standard of customer service is being provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a strategy level to create roadmaps, and to create opportunities by looking through a creative lense
  • Be an expert in CSM and FSM
  • Represent the company by attending ServiceNow events, publishing webinars, blogs, podcasts and more
  • Use wealth of business and market knowledge to design and create the best approach to win clients
  • Use initiative to improve processes that ensure the best standard of customer service from pre-sales all the way to implementation and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a team
  • 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow
  • Expertise in CSM and FSM
  • Consulting experience
  • Excellent standard of customer service skills
  • Outstanding presenting skills, and an ability to share insights and industry knowledge through LinkedIn network
  • Fluent in English.
