Our client is an award-winning Elite ServiceNow Partner who have developed their own digital manufacturing solution module in the ServiceNow platform. They are the exclusive implementor of this module that they have developed for their global client base.

They are looking for a ServiceNow Business Consultant with experience and excellent knowledge in ITSM systems, projects, and implementations. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the success of our client’s customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for customer experience
- Create and conduct workshops and demonstrations
- Be equipped with relevant expertise in pre-sales and sales to guide colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience in ITSM
- Ideally previous experience in a consulting role
- Fluent in Dutch.
