The ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for the development and design of the ITOM module within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background with great customer/client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside stakeholders/team members on process flow analysis/process redesign.
• Managing and configurating the ITOM modules.
• Performing advanced development on the ServiceNow platform/Service Catalog.
• Creating and maintaining Service Catalog items which require complex development and knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of Javascript, Angular & Python.
• Experience with; Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent, Service Portal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Knowledge of the ITOM modules, experience with Discovery and Mapping.
• 2+ years experience working with JavaScript.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS.
