Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom HAM workflows, asset models, and integrations using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and configure HAM processes in ServiceNow, including software and hardware asset management, procurement, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, and UI policies to support HAM functionality.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to support HAM reporting and analytics.
  • Manage and maintain ServiceNow HAM-related data, including asset records, software licenses, and maintenance contracts.
  • Provide ongoing support for HAM-related issues and helpdesk tickets.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in ServiceNow HAM best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HAM development and administration.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HAM workflows, asset models, and integrations in ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideRecord, etc.) and ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HAM certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and/or ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Experience with software asset management and license compliance.
  • Familiarity with hardware asset management best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
