The team comprises seasoned Service Management and ServiceNow experts who have successfully tackled a wide array of platform challenges. In light of continued growth and new project wins, they are actively seeking dedicated and experienced Senior Technical Consultants to join their accomplished team.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role, offering expertise in various facets of the ServiceNow platform, leading projects, fostering development, and providing consultancy services in line with our core values and industry best practices.

As a senior member of the technical team, you will be expected to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a technical role within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Proficiency in configuring various ServiceNow applications across the platform
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work within defined timeframes for diverse clientele
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including integration capabilities
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to comprehend and articulate technical requirements
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality technical documentation
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in coaching and mentoring
  • Effective decision-making and prioritization
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels
  • Possession of ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more areas

Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):

  • Provide technical and functional expertise to document and configure customer requirements
  • Ensure that all work and solutions adhere to relevant coding and design standards
  • Develop and scope solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Share knowledge and provide feedback to colleagues
  • Collaborate closely with engagement managers to follow agile methodologies
  • Identify and manage technical issues that may impact project timelines
  • Continuously enhance skills and knowledge
  • Offer comprehensive technical consultancy to clients regarding the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in multiple ServiceNow areas
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and applications
  • Advocate for efficient work practices
