Our client is transforming the internet onboarding process to make transactions more seamless and secure. The company expanded globally, and their technology is now used by major companies in finance, retail, and technology sectors.

They are searching for a Product Manager to manage software development that will help their customers onboard users and prevent fraud more efficiently. This position is highly impactful, and you will work alongside the CEO and engineering team to develop innovative products. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Product Manager position is an on-site role that requires you to be present in the office two to three days a week.

Although this position is open to remote candidates from outside the San Francisco Bay Area, we prefer candidates who are located nearby.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer problem-solving: Our client are seeking problem solvers who can empathize with customers and devise effective solutions using software and non-software tools.
  • User experience design: You will be responsible for delivering seamless and delightful experiences to customers, developers, and end-users.
  • Agile product development: You will organize and lead sprint meetings, break down engineering tasks into appropriate stories, facilitate daily stand-ups, and oversee software deployment from build and testing to change control and release.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action who can drive projects forward and lead teams to deliver innovative product solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data analysis to improve products and customer experiences.
  • Experience managing complex projects with competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Previous experience working on developer-facing products is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise customers is preferred.
