Our client is an established IT Consulting firm and they are hiring a Senior ServiceNow IT Consultant to join the team in Munich. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that helps clients reach their goals and advance their capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior ServiceNow IT Consultant, you will oversee and design ServiceNow projects from consulting and conception through to implementation and in-life support.
You will be responsible to analyze, conceptualize and implement technical requirements within IT-SM, HR and/or CS environments.
Perform business analysis to determine optimization measures for digital workflows.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules.
Mentor and onboard junior consultants.
Manage projects, including stakeholder relations and reporting.
Independently co-design and enhance the company’s ServiceNow service portfolio.

Skillset:

Business fluency in German and proficiency in English.
Professional experience in software development, technology consulting, and/or system integration.
Expertise in IT service management, HR and/or CS.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a talent for bridging IT and business.
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow; certification is a plus.
A completed university degree.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region for consulting projects.
