About the Role:

Our client is an award-winning Elite ServiceNow Partner who have developed their own digital manufacturing solution module in the ServiceNow platform. They are the exclusive implementer of this module that they have developed for their global client base. Our client offers excellent career development prospects and support their employees in developing their skills and knowledge through obtaining new ServiceNow certifications. They operate in multiple sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, finance and more.

Due to their dynamic and flexible culture they are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for new ServiceNow talent to join their team. They are looking for a Presales Engineer for their Sales team who will demonstrate the benefits that their ServiceNow solutions can bring to their customers, and ensure that all client’s receive excellent quality of service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective demonstrations for customers to best understand the product our client are selling
• Utilise and develop knowledge on the product, keeping up to date with news and updates
• Use initiative to solve client queries to the best of the company’s ability.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g. ServiceNow or SAP)
• Business acumen
• Comfortable preparing and presenting insightful demonstrations to customers
• Fluent in English.

This role only requires knowledge of the English language; however our client cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
