We are currently recruiting a Data Analytics Lead for a very exciting Seed level startup on a remote basis.  Our client is using public safety data, including very sensitive police and criminal data, to better serve communities in the US. They have a very strong mission and want someone to come on board who is invested in this.

You as the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Technical hands-on data analysis
• Identifying trends across sensitive data
• Recruiting and building a strong analytics team
• Collaborating closely with all areas of the business to provide analytics and insights

You as the ideal candidate will require:

• Strong technical ability in Data Analytics
• Leadership experience
• Python experience
• AWS experience
• Kibana and Elasticsearch – beneficial

Salary: $150-180k
