With more than ten years of industry experience, this company is a trusted partner for ServiceNow, providing various ServiceNow solutions that consistently surpass customer expectations across several industries.

Your Role:

  • As a ServiceNow Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing best-practice solutions and optimizing processes for the company’s key customers.

  • You will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and design innovative ServiceNow solutions.

  • Provide strategic consulting and technical guidance to ensure successful solution implementation.

  • Develop software and perform quality assurance activities to deliver robust and reliable solutions.

  • Conduct system integrations using standard components and products.

  • Support and manage applications post-implementation to ensure ongoing performance and user satisfaction.

Your Skillset:

  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow, ideally with expertise in customer workflows and app engine.

  • Expertise with FSM and CSM is highly desirable, especially for telecoms and oil & gas industry projects.

  • Certifications in ServiceNow are highly desirable.

  • Strong sales and customer-facing skills to generate new business.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: €80-100k
