Principal Biostatistician

Your Role:

• As a Principal Statistician, you will play a pivotal role in leading studies and contributing to the development of life-saving drugs and devices.
• You will be responsible to lead and oversee the development of statistical analysis plans for studies.
• Utilize your expertise with table shelves and statistical analysis tools to deliver insightful analysis.
• Engage with clients and actively participate in kick-off meetings for new studies.
• Demonstrate your knowledge of complex therapeutic areas, with a particular focus on oncology.
• Drive innovative solutions to reduce time to market, decrease costs, and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and study protocols to ensure compliance.

Your Skillset:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading studies with a strong emphasis on statistical analysis plans.
• Master's degree or above in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with a focus on quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in utilizing table shelves and statistical analysis software.
• Proven ability to engage with clients in a professional and impactful manner.
• Experience working in complex therapeutic areas, with a strong preference for oncology expertise.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits:

• Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 (up to $195,000 for exceptional candidates)
