Your Role:

  • As the Senior Program Manager of Biostatistics, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing complex projects within the pharmaceutical and clinical research domain.

  • Lead and manage complex biostatistics projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional administrative and organizational support.

  • Utilize your project management skills to oversee timelines, resources, and budgets at a high level.

  • Manage change orders effectively, ensuring seamless integration into ongoing projects.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies, facilitating clear and effective communication.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Your Skillset:

  • Extensive experience in a top-level CRO, managing biostatistics projects and engaging with clients.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to handle high-level budgeting and resource allocation.

  • Strong understanding of change order management and its impact on project delivery.

  • Exceptional knowledge of pharmaceutical development processes, having taken drugs through multiple stages of clinical trials and regulatory approvals.

  • Experience communicating with the FDA and other regulatory bodies is highly desirable.

  • Previous experience in oncology or vaccine studies is required.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $180,000 – $200,000
