Applied NLP Engineer

Your Role:

• As an Applied NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for the Development and implementation of real-world NLP features using the latest techniques.

• You will contribute to the design and development of customer-facing systems.

• Train and fine-tune models for optimal performance.

• Scale NLP systems to meet production requirements.

• Extract valuable insights from written feedback and contribute to business intelligence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and align technical approaches.

• Actively participate in all aspects of the company, shaping the technical strategy and direction.
   

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of delivering applied NLP applications and shipping real-world products.

• Passion for empowering companies to become more customer-centric.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deeply understand customer needs.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with MySQL for structured data storage.

• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset, with prior startup or entrepreneurial experience a plus.

• Willingness to contribute to product roadmap creation and customer discovery activities.

• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship is a must.
