Our client is a renowned IT services and consulting company who is dedicated to utilizing technology to shape a better future worldwide. They are currently seeking to hire a talented ServiceNow SPM Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, managing, and executing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfil the requirements of their clients.

Your Role:

As a ServiceNow SPM Developer, you will be responsible to develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
You will utilize best practices in web programming techniques, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, to configure robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Apply innovative technology to business processes, troubleshoot issues, and develop new solutions.
Collaborate with Process Leaders to understand requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow.
Provide regular status reports to the project manager and follow up on outstanding development needs.
Advise stakeholders on options, risks, and impacts on business/ITIL processes.
Effectively communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Skillset:

2 to 4 years of experience in administration, implementation, and configuration of the ServiceNow ITSM solution.
5 to 7 years of experience in administration, implementation, and configuration of an ITSM solution in a medium to large organization.
Proficiency in web-based development languages, specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS.
Strong customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail, multitasking skills, and effective time management.
Comprehensive understanding of the full application lifecycle.
ITIL/ServiceNow certification is preferred.
Past work experience with industry-leading providers of ITSM tools will be an advantage.
