Your Role:

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will lead project planning and execution, overseeing the entire lifecycle of one or more ServiceNow implementation projects.
You will be responsible to manage project expectations from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation cycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
Coach and transfer knowledge to project team members and customers, fostering continuous improvement.
Drive the project team to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results for customers.
Maintain customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues.
Effectively manage project risks, resources, and budgets.
Provide regular management reports on project progress and key performance indicators.

Your Skillset:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing projects in an Agile environment.
Fluent in German and English.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL certifications.
Scrum Master, PMI, or PMP certification(s).
Background in technical sales is desirable.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain high-level customer relationships.
Aptitude for identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to customers.
Willingness to travel and work from the company’s offices in Belgium & Netherlands.
