Your Role:

As the Support Services ServiceNow Developer, you will responsible for succeeding end-user expectations by meeting SLAs and fulfilling customer demands, leading to high customer satisfaction.
You will understand business requirements and design tables, views, workflows, business rules, notifications, integrations, process automation, UI scripts, reports, and dashboards.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS and Bootstrap frameworks.
Design integrations with other systems and create customized workflows using various technologies.
Provide guidance on the overall direction and future developments of ServiceNow capabilities.
Participate in peer programming and code review sessions with the development team.
Offer general support, administration, and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
Train and onboard new team members.

Your Skillset:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar.
ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a must.
At least five years of development experience with an ITSM system, preferably ServiceNow platform including Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
Solid experience with Microsoft infrastructure and Microsoft O365.
Advanced technical computer skills relevant to the functional area and related systems.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist/ ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
Hospital/Healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential.
