ServiceNow Architect

Our client is a growing ServiceNow Customer that operates in the Healthcare SaaS industry. They are hiring a ServiceNow Architect (ITSM) who will be joining a team that is rapidly expanding due to growth of the business. It is a relatively new system and you will be tasked with helping grow out the instance.

Responsibilities:

• Guide & consult customers to design best in ServiceNow, through new solutions and best practice

• Main point of contact for customers, as a trusted and expert advisor

• Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, documenting all requirements

• Providing expert level technical mentoring to development team

• Delivering hands-on configuration, development and integration services

Skills & Experience:

• Architectural experience within ServiceNow

• Minimum of 3 years ServiceNow experience

• Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
