We are working with a ServiceNow Elite Partner who are looking for a fluent German & English Business Development Representative who will help support growth of the ServiceNow business within a team of sales experts.



  • Activities for a Business Development Representative include cold calling, lead qualification and carry out activities to attain new logos, directly supporting management and actively approach potential new customers via BDR activities including email, social media and phone.
  • You will help identify new sales opportunities, supporting existing new accounts and develop new accounts by being involved in the entire sales process: preparing pitches, identifying correct contacts, tenders and preparation of offer.
  • You collaborate with your local and international sales colleagues to further business development and strategize



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar subject
  • Background in ServiceNow sales is preferred, or sales experience with a focus on cloud based technologies, Iaas or SaaS.
  • Support of medium and large customers
  • Confident handling of Salesforce, Hubspot, Linkedin or similar platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
