ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Alldus International are looking to speak with ServiceNow ITOM Architects with experience working in the financial industry. Candidates must be US citizens or green card holders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM strategies and solutions aligned with the specific requirements of financial organizations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, business analysts, and subject matter experts, to identify ITOM requirements and design optimal solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence, within the financial industry context.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow ITOM applications to meet the specific needs of financial processes, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices to ensure efficient and effective utilization of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.
• Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of existing ITOM processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams, solution blueprints, configuration guides, and technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry standards related to ServiceNow ITOM and the financial sector, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members, sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in ServiceNow ITOM are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Architect, specifically within the financial industry, with a track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of financial industry processes, infrastructure, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM applications to align with specific business needs.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices, particularly in the context of ITOM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other ITSM and IT Operations tools.
• ServiceNow certification within ITOM i.e. CIS-Service Mapping, CIS-Discovery.

Pay $80-$110 per hour.
